Same as you can get employeed by other citizens, you are able to become the employer. Surely assigning your employee tokens to your companies feels nice! You increase your production and you are able to sell more items daily. That way you can increase your income and build even more companies or upgrade your existing ones!
Under My Buildings - Companies page you will find a MANAGE EMPLOYEES button. Click there to be redirected to another page. There you will be able to post offers to hire employees (other citizens) at your citizenship country Job Market. You will also be able to monitor the activity of citizens that have applied to your offers. Monitor if they are working daily or twice (using a house) to be able to control your industries!
Make sure you compensate your workers kindly so they continue working for you, as well as not to run out of currency to pay their wages!
