Rental Agreement 15.01.2021 - [Georgia-Russia] |

1. Georgia will agree to take in rent and Russia will agree to give in rent next regions: Northwest Russia, Rostov-on-Don and Siberia until next reshuffle.
2. Monthly rental fee is 300 gold and consists of:
    2.1. 100 gold for rent of Northwest Russia2.2. 100 gold for rent of Rostov-on-Don2.3. 100 gold for rent of Siberia
3. Rent is to be paid to Russia’s CP (Dimidr0, profile ID:73581) monthly 15th day of rent month.
4. Russia has the right to break agreement anytime in case of any hostile actions of Georgia towards Russia happened, including, but not limited to, items from the following list:
    4.1. Attacking, occupying Russian regions without permission of Russian CP4.2. Hostile interventions on the Russian monetary market
5. Russia won’t make any efforts to get the regions back until the end or breaking of treaty. This contract is concluded in good will and in case of any problems, both parties cooperate for positive solution.

6. This agreement comes into the force immediately upon Georgia conquer Northwest Russia, Rostov-on-Don and Siberia. Above treaty is to be published in public media of both Russia and Georgia and signed in comments by president or/and Member of the Russia Government and president or/and Member of the of Georgia Government as soon as possible.
