1. Saqartvelo(
) will agree to take in rent and Lietuva(
) will agree to give in rent next regions: a)Core Regions - Aukstaitija and Vilnius. b) Regions from Latvia - Zemgale un Latgale and Riga. until next reshuffle.
2. Monthly rental fee is 500 gold and consists of:
2.1. 150 gold for rent of Aukstaitija
2.2. 150 gold for rent of Vilnius
2.3. 100 gold for rent of Zemgale un Latgale
2.4. 100 gold for rent of Riga
3. Rent is to be paid to Lietuva’s CP (Shizofrenic, profile ID:70345) monthly 15th day of rent month.
4. Lietuva has the right to break agreement anytime in case of any hostile actions of Georgia towards Lietuva happened, including, but not limited to, items from the following list:
4.1. Attacking, occupying Lietuva regions without permission of Lietuva CP
4.2. Hostile interventions on the Lietuva monetary market
5. Lietuva won’t make any efforts to get the regions back until the end or breaking of treaty. This contract is concluded in good will and in case of any problems, both parties cooperate for positive solution.
6. This agreement comes into the force immediately upon Georgia conquer Aukstaitija, Vilnius, Zemgale un Latgale and Riga. Above treaty is to be published in public media of both Lietuva and Georgia and signed in comments by president or/and Member of the Lietuva Government and president or/and Member of the of Georgia Government as soon as possible.
