My name is Kemal, from Turkey. I am 27 years old, working in finance. Here is my RL picture, me on the right and Erol Tabak on the left.

I am quite busy in real life due to work in last three months. End of the year and beginning of the year there is work overload due to my profession. So I rarely spend more than 10 minutes these days.

Compared to some other countries, we have almost no internal problem in Turkey and I like it. Moreover, most of the people are here only to have fun, rather than some personal agendas (like stocking up, getting rich individually, etc) That is how we grew strong in quite short period back in summer. And that is why despite we have quite few visa players, we have crazy production. Not to mention, we are RL friends as KOMANDO unit. The picture I gave you in the beginning is from wedding of Erol Tabak, member of our unit. I was his best man ^^ So this game is just a tool for us to spend some time with friends.

I was playing the game for only one month when we created VIRTUS alliance. It was great experience to get to know lots of amazing people. It indeed took so much time. I used to sleep 4h/day for like two months.

Neither iron fist nor compromise. It is all about willingness. There is no power to keep people together otherwise. We were an alliance consist of countries who had their own struggles before so when we had an opportunity to form an organization, it encouraged people. Besides, we were lucky to have great leaders in alliance members so it eased things. I was part of alliance HQs for quite long time in previous game too and I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having capable leaders in member countries of alliance. 

Back in summer, when Turkey was fighting against Greece, Bulgaria, Indonesia and Colombia at the same time, we used to wake up in the middle of night, having many fronts every day. We were calling each others via phone to wake up… It was hell of a fun.

There is no such player.

Majority of people who started this game are here because they are sick of management of other games. It is known by now. So, when management listen to ALL players, game will be better. If they don’t, not. Simple as that.

I care about my friends, whether in country level or personal. So I could say it is alike in RL.

Politics in game is not corrupted like real life.

Community and individual influence. If you personally spend enough time and work in harmony with community, you can make an impact. Besides, it is all about team-work. It is fun to group up in Discord, chat together, hit together… However, you can just invest some money and beat this all. That is another subject of course.

I like my *top journalist* medals most because all my statistics articles take lots of my time and I do not spam my articles to have the most votes. So they mean a lot for me, proves people care about my effort.
