In the beginning of this article, I want to thank all our friends and allies for the help they showed us in the previous 2 weeks, when our country was engaged in war on multiple fronts and we resisted the pressure because of you guys.

That being said, I want to thank our brothers from Phalanx and also many thanks to our friends from China-Georgia-USA who stood by our side. Our country will remember and we will return the favor when the time will come.

I would also like to congratulate our opponents for the hard fight they put against us in many battles, especially Poland but also Croatia and Turkey.

After a relatively short but tense war, I am glad to announce that the governments of Romania and Hungary agrees that the war between our countries will stop.

In this situation, a non-aggression pact between our countries will be signed, and together with it there will also be a rent agreement on the following terms:

1.)Â Hungary agrees to rent the regions of Debrecen and Northern Hungary to Romania.
2.)Â Romania agrees to pay a rent consisting of 50 gold in total for the two regions mentioned above. Rent will be paid each 7 days as a 10g rate.
3.)Â Both countries will not attack each other regions unless it was discussed and agreed on by both parts. If any of the rented regions will be lost during a resistance war, Romania will attack back that region and will have the Hungarian support and cooperation in this regard.
4.)Â Both Romania and Hungary are free to fight for their friends and allies in any battle they want without any limitations.
5.)Â Training wars may be raised in the regions and at times agreed by both sides only with the accept of both parties.
6.)Â The agreement will be valid once signed by the representatives of both countries and will last for 35 days until 5th January 2018 (eDom day 255) when the new CP of both countries can choose to renew it or not.

Edit: In day 251, both parts agreed to renew the rent agreement from 5th January - 5th February (day 255 - day 286)
