I would also propose paying for changing CS. Thats how players would try to change the country with the elections and not just run away when troubles appear. the cost actually is of 1k cc and 5 golds for cs

I dont like that idea because you cant have 100% of the citizens in congress so they can vote. If the goverment can propose a punishment and every citizen in the country is able to vote (over level 5) then i can agree on that. About the punishments , No1 , wait for new elections or impeachment .... No2 . Taking gold , ok we find a player with lots of gold and as goverment i steal gold from him with that punishment system.... No3 and No4 hahaha i have something better -50 strenght ....

better idea for me its a mu as a prison if anyone dont folow rules or anything else the goverment active vote to send him there for 7 days and he can not change cs or leving this mu.the orders there put it by cp or minister o defence.if its steal gold or other he can not trade or buy thing from markets or donation and every gold that gains in that period goes at country tresury.

Congress is elected by the people. So they represent people. They are the main body of institution. There for they are capable of deciding if player should be punished for his crime. Doing things against laws in eDom (MPP, NAP) should be punished.

go rogue is part of the game, you shouldnt limit the possibilities just cause a small group its annoyed by. on this game you can be loyal soldier, mercenary, 2 clicker, only salesman, traitor, rogue soldier, bad b*tch, TOver, etc. dont mess with this freedom. government cant act as judge for everybody actions, they dont hold what is right or wrong.
