How to improve eDom |

I have few ideas how to improve eDom and i would ask you all who read this to put a comment and say something positive or negative or sugestions to improve something on this ideas or just something that cann help admins to improve this game.

My english is bad but i will give my best to write it, if you dont understand something just write in comment and i will try edit the things that are not understandet.


My ideas will be writen down in sections and all sections will be somehow connected so please read all first.

1. ORG


From start of idea ORG was a bad idea for most of players and long term of game. It gives a infinite free air tank or wep to a player without need of any other player or economy. It creates wepouns from nothing and influence to much on economy and new players as it most VISA thing. No ordinary player cann get it easy while the time spend to get one org all VISA players will have in same time 5 times more of economy so it comes to same at the end.

Admin restricted 1 ORG per MU and to have it you need to own a MU. This create even more problem as we now have :

+ 30 mu per big country like Spain, Croatia, Turkey and so on...

If we do calculation one ORG cann do 1k air q5 for free so that daily 60k air just in slo and another 30k per country in all others ( next month it will be even bigger number and next one again,, until all goes to hell :D ) 

Thats insane and in long term its only hurts little and new countries and new players as there is no need to buy weps from market as you have them free from yourselfs.


So what cann we do to fix this : 

1. Remove ORG - give compensation to all players who build in 100%

2. When you remove then redesign it so that you gain 25 free workers and you cant merge it.

Redesign: max 25 free daily  workers on q5 ORG
: every player cann work 3 times in ORG
:every player who have activated House Pack cann work 4 times in ORG
: ORG will pay fixed tax to country where its located ( remove region ) of 10%
: ORG cann buy and trade all raw materials and all others products like any player
:ORG cann only employ the players from only one MU that has created it but it cann have option to pay 100g ( 10g goes to country 90g to admins ) and then ORG gets licence ( 30 days duration )  to employe all players from that country no matter the in what MU that player is.



Benefits : New players like old are now even more important and they cann workd 3-4 times in ORG that gives allot of workers and because of rule of MU employes there will be fewer MU but with bigger numbers and active population. Commander will need to work and coperate with other to help each other and new players or old that dont have ORG could sell more easily raw materials or even weapouns.

2. 1 Man 1 MU ( 1 player MU )

This is sad :( 

Everybody now creates one MU just to have a ORG and then you end allone in chat and game becomes empty to you as social part is slowly coming out from you. You dont need workers, you dont need to buy raw or anything, you dont have will to fight for MU events as you are allone in MU and it become boring.


The thing is that admins said they will not add option to all players to have ORG no matter the MU is because they dont want us all to have ORG but everybody cann have a ORG just its need to pay extra gold for that MU. I will pay triple the gold if admins are needed so much about gold just to have an private ORG and i cann be in any MU i want.


How to fix it ? 


Easy remove the rule that you need to have MU to be able to have ORG as this creates 1 Player MU and game becomes boring. You dont have somebody to chat, you dont have benefits of elite MU, you cant fight in MU events as you are allone.

Long term this is bad as nobody wants to play allone, when you play allone you cann easy say bye to the game and leave it. And this is not goal for admins.


So remove the rule or at least make the option of creating a combine MU chat: 

Example : 1 gb Tigrovi MU is in good relationship with Turkish 57 Alay 

So why cant we have option for like 100g to join our 2 MU unit chat into 1 MU chat ? 

It will be good as we will have private chat, there will be more players in chat, we could do OH togehter and all other fun things.

Game could be more interestening for us then.

This option could cost 100g depending of MU population or lets say 50g to a MU that have less then 10 players inside so that all players that have 1 MU player just because of ORG cann join others MU who they like inside of country or outside and make strategic and social move to join chats.


With this option i would suggest admins to just remove the rule to have MU for ORG so that people like me cann go back to my Tigrovi and have fun with my teammates no matter do i have ORG or not. Its really has no sense to have a game where you have in country 60 active players and 60 military units :(

3. More strategic options for countries and goverment 


I play allot of other game like HOI4, EU4 and games like that. Those games cant be compared with eDom i know that but we cann add some options or at least try something new.


A) With surrounding rule and partisans this game has some good and bad days. Idea is great but implementation is kinda bad. So what cann we do to improve it ? 

Add more options when you DW to somebody or even before you DW somebody. What do i mean with these ? 

Add option where country A cann sabotage a region in country B so that country B cant put a DS for 15 days ( Country B cann fix that region for cost of x/y numbers of CC or Gold ) .

For example, Country A cann make a hidden law ( only cp and 5 ministers ) to sabotage x/y region for cost of 5000 q5 wep 5000 q5 tank and 5000 q5 air or any kind of numbers even low quality wep tank air is good to make stable market and help new players.

Or even better Country A could make sabotage in Country B mpp list,, for example Turkey attacks Bulgaria and before attacks or in middle of war they sabotage MPP of Bulgaria like Slovenia-Romania and so on for some period of time for cost of CC/gold or wep tanks air

Then Bulgaria should repaire the sabotage with random amount of cc/gold or wep tank air to restore mpp or just be 2-3 days or week without it.




Or add option where country A cann launch 2 direct battles on enemy country for x/y numbers of CC/GOLD or wepouns. ( This will be needed to make hidden law inside cp and 5 ministers and the problem is here that goverment cann chose one MAIN battle ( normal surround, NE and all others ) and the second battle will have penality of 30% or more on attacker  dmg. Enemy wouldnt know which battle is until it does some calculations because the penality would be only on attacker country CS so that prevents enemy to move to attacker country and hit on 2 battles to see where penality is.




Or add option where country A that is deffending cann prolong the battle for another 24 hours. Goverment would make hidden law to chose one x/y battle that is active to make effort LAST DEFFENSE  and when activated the battle could last 48 hours instead 24 hours. To activate this country would need to pay x/y ammount of wep tank or air quality of 1 to 5. like for example 3000 q3 wep, 3000 q3 tank and q3 air and the quality of wepound would be determinted by the time of battle..
So if country activates the LAST DEFFENSE on start of battle they would pay q1 quality and if they activate it in middle they would pay q3 at the end they would pay q5...

This would change the wars and how wars are fighting, it could be very funn to people who like to make tactis and operations.


Or add options where country could make laws that gives bonuses on deffense and penality on attacks.

For example Country A attacks Country B and Country B decide to give law that they go in deffensive. Country B would deal 20% more dmg in deffensive battles but they would do 20% less dmg when they would attack and the cost would be in wep/tanks or airs..

Here would be also good change to add option where attacker country if deletes country full all mpp will be deleted ( aka rollback the option of mpp when country is deleted ) 


And so on,,,, if admins are interested they cann contact me and i cann describe more option and give more example and so on.....


The main idea here is to give more options and more decisions in war time or before war time. Wars needs to be unpredicted and well planed and funn. When you are in war you need to sacrifice something to gain something or make well preparitions to make a blitzkrieg 2 attacks in same time with cost of wep tanks air or cc/gold or as deffender to prolong the battles to save your ass :D until allies comes

Also the main idea here is to spend more wep tank air of any quality and make them important in any war so that new players cann sell easily they production and so that market cann be more allive and when war starts you need to be well prepared with all kind of stocks so that wars dont become the same and boring things.

I would suggest to keep the ORG section as it is BUT with a number limit per country This way mamy playera will have to build orgs even in dead countries and fight for the bonuses there ore countries alive=more wars=more fun etc

For ORG, I have one but from start I thought its bad for game. So something must be solved. But I have simpler idea. Make that Unit must have 5 active players to produce 100%. If it have 1 player it produce just 20%, 2 - 40% etc etc. And you will solve problems. And of course offer players that can not find 4 more people gold payback for ORG and companies moved to their acc again.

instead of making these huge changes at org just close merge section . so one person can just have one q5 org which can produce max 864 free q5 air . and who has merged orgs refund their gold and companies back

I disagree at the ORG .... the remove , redesign and then activated again for me is a bad thing. I think tha the problem is not the free workers and the huge production of Q5 air for example but the problem is the new players who will buy them. If we dont have new players , there will be a day that we will all have Q5 companies and noone will buy and then the admin may think about adding Q6 or Q7 companies in order to fix it but in the future there will not be fixed. I see now that the admin team is trying to add things that people ask , and i see that the game is more alive .... its in our hands not just to bring new players but to make them stay in game and not leave after 1-2 days.

phew, read all xD last part is really interesting. currently, all ORGs are basically for Q5 airs. if we have systems that need low quality weaps, ORGs will have to be diversified, then maybe dont even need to remove or change ORGs mechanics, cause in resume, you increase a demand that is really low right now

It is too much money invested into orgs. Destroying them will lead to massively leaving the game. Orgs should be redesigned very carefully (if at all). Owners should not have a feeling they lost something. Compensations are not good solution. If you bought gold to be able to set-up ORG, compensation does not have any meaningful value. Actually I dont think orgs are problematic. What is problematic is production. Nobody wants to produce lo Q weapons because they are too expensive to put workers there. And it is almost impossible to sell lo Q stuff.

Most ORGs are built to produce aircrafts. Instead of changing them, admins should make players to fight, to deal more damage, either with country damage event or with top 5 damage weekly challenge. :/

I like the idea with orgs. Orgs is a good thing. If it were not for them, I would quit the game. You can not liquidate them. I support the user massaru. He wrote it right.

Onr stuff i tried from the start of surround and would give a bit more dept into the game is makethat noncoree that are not connected to the capital give double or triple damage debuff for those who player hoi4 it will be like running out of supply in those regions so you have battle penalties. It will open more stategic moves
