This was a stupid NAP :) You can not control all citizens. I checked the damage, Deflection in action ... Others have no big damage, 100 million is normal for a person at the end of a week

@keyser stop embarrasing yourself. So AXIS needs to make NAPs to allow you to play cause you cant do it for yourselves? The admins are already reseting the resources. Didnt this exact scenario, except on a much larger scale, happen with turkey NAP some months ago? turkey got hit hard, most of their top ranking players left to join Croatia. Then turkey signed a NAP forbidding them to fight, but turkish Croats still fought and much harder than this, where one guy did most of the damage.
