Buen día colombianos. 



Después de una guerra con méxico, en el cual teníamos regiones de dicho país por un cambio de regiones con Perú, dado que las negociaciones por dichas regiones no dieron fruto y los pagos nunca se dieron, Colombia ha devuelto las regiones en su totalidad, ya que para colombia no tienen algún valor de agregación, por tal motivo se da por terminada la guerra entre ambos países con un mutuo acuerdo. 

Condiciones:

 1.Colombia no enviará DoW México
 2.México no enviará DoW Colombia
 3.La duración de este acuerdo es de un mes con opción de renovación.
 4.El DOW seguirá activo hasta su culminación, pero ninguno de los dos países en su buena Fé lanzará un ataque contra el otro.
 5.Si dicho ataque se genera , se da por terminado el NAP.
