Firstly Id like to thank you for this interview. I always read your articles and I think they are great, we need more people like you ingame!

Well, Im the first player that got the Edom ambassador medal, and one of the several people that spend some time organizing MKD edom society. I dont consider myself a strong tank, nor a trader (I hate trading ), but a team player, whose focus is improving the community and coordination.

My name is Kristijan, 27 of age, citizenship Macedonian, living in the capital, Skopje, profession Mechanical engineer (HVAC).

I chose this nick about 10-11 years ago on the main game, not sure why, probably thought assassin sounded cool when I was a teenager xD.

Yea, I played the main game and 2-3 after it, always using the same nick. The only thing that keeps me is the people I met, many of which are now good friends.

Its a useless fight I agree, we cannot exert the same influence as some others do and thats something we will have to accept. Its not good for our baby boom efforts, since the name change ingame, our baby boom efforts were disastrous and in the end its not good for the game to have less players, having in mind those who left permanently as well. But it is how it is.

At the moment , as MKD is not part of any alliance, we are open for diplomacy with most countries. The relations with some of our neighbors were somewhat worse in the past and are better this past year or so. As for the Turkey - Greece war, Turkey are up against an alliance and their strategy seems ok to me. Also, we are monitoring the situation and look forward to the reshuffle where decisive action and wars would actually make sense.

I really have no idea how i got the Noble title. I should have the spiritual charismatic leader of MKD title. Admin invent one if there isnt one. 

The community in MKD is great i must say. Most of the time we are united and act as one. Since we are not a Visa community, we tend to help any new player we can bring to the game, and make their game more interesting so they stay. There were some who disagreed with the way things were organized here and left e-MKD to run their own politics and we respect that.

There are many aspects of the game I like, but one particular comes to mind instantly. Its the module that allows new players to get some starter pack (strength + gold) and catch up with the rest of the community fast. It helps the communities bring new players even after 3 years of the game and i hope admins improve this module even further as the game progresses. I must underline the importance of new players joining the game constantly as its the only way to keep it alive.

Edom ambassador is my fav medal obviously :P. RW medal comes 2nd. I am not much of a medal caring player. Never was, never will be. (but dont steal my BH :P) As for the CP medal, in our current society it doesn’t matter which member of the gov is the CP, usually it’s the guy with the most free time for the upcoming month, and sadly that’s never me.

I don’t like how some players bring the RL hatred ingame. Luckily not many players are like that, most have played similar games and know to distinguish RL from a game where people are supposed to have fun.

The rate at which admins make game mechanic changes needs to be changed. It’s a strategy game and players plan ahead. I also thing that game management doesn’t thoroughly analyze things before introducing events or change in game mechanics. I strongly believe that admins’ priority should be advertising with the aim of ever-increasing game population (I mean it’s a pandemic, its never going to be easier that it is now, right?) , instead of introducing events and changes with the aim to influence politics, to provoke a war and other tweaks that only have short term effect. Also, in my opinion VISA is really OP in comparison with organization and that should not be the case. Furthermore, attackers have a lot more benefits than the defenders.

During wartime I spend 2-3 hours a day max. Otherwise not more than 30 mins. I get on discord at least once a day (unless I am exceptionally busy in RL).

Politics mechanics in game needs some improvement to involve more people to it. It shouldn’t be fun only for those 4-5 running the country or the alliance. What I like about ingame politics in comparison to RL politics, is the unpredictability of the former, and ofc I cannot influence RL politics.. :P

Help the new players wherever you see them. Whatever their citizenship. Lets keep the game alive.
